What to Expect

Upon checking in, our friendly staff with have you complete our massage therapy paperwork. When completed and reviewed, the therapist will consult with you about your conditons and discuss what type of massage would best suit your needs.

You will be treated lying on a specialized massage table in the face up or face down position. You may be fully or partially unclothed but the therapist will keep you covered with sheets or blankets except for the body parts being treated with massage.

Different types of massage oils, aromatherapy and lotions may be used during the massage and clients are instructed to drink plenty of water after your massage.

It is not uncommon that some clients may experience some soreness after their massage. We stress the importance of communication during the massage with your therapist to reduce the level of soreness and acheive optimal results.
